Brookfield is hiring an AI Engineer - Manager in Technology Services. The role focuses on generative AI model design, development, optimization, and deployment in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Experience
- 3 - 5 years of experience in AI development, with a focus on generative models
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize AI prompts to improve generated outputs
- Develop and implement testing frameworks for model evaluation and continuous improvement
- Maintain documentation on prompt configurations, testing methodologies, and usage guidelines
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, developers, engineers, and product teams
- Integrate AI solutions into production pipelines using CI/CD practices
- Deploy AI models into production environments and maintain and improve them
- Monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and refine models
- Stay current with emerging generative AI trends, technologies, and best practices
- Develop robust AI applications using Python and industry-standard coding practices and libraries
- Use LangChain to build and manage scalable AI pipelines
- Leverage Azure GenAI Services for cloud-based AI solutions
- Ensure ethical considerations in model development
- Gather and analyze user feedback to refine and enhance AI models
Additional Responsibilities
- Ensure optimized performance and compliance with enterprise standards when using cloud-based AI solutions
Nice To Have
- Familiarity with AWS Gen AI services
- Experience with .NET Framework
- Familiarity with C# and Visual basic
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP)
- Experience with computer vision
- Familiarity with ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations
- Strong communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
