Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Programs
Drive high-impact strategic initiatives across business, growth, and city operations.Partner closely with leadership to solve complex business problems and unlock growth opportunities.Build data-backed recommendations, business cases, and execution plans for new initiatives.Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to identify new opportunities.
City Operations Excellence
Work closely with city teams to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.Analyze city-level performance metrics, identify operational bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions.Build and optimize SOPs, process frameworks, and execution playbooks for scalable city operations.Lead initiatives to improve supply availability, partner productivity, customer experience, and service quality across cities.Monitor key operational KPIs and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Cross-Functional Program Management
Own end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives across Operations, Growth, Product, Customer Experience, and Central teams.Drive project planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery with measurable business outcomes.Build dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and review cadences to track project success.
AI-Driven Productivity
Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other productivity platforms to improve research, analysis, documentation, process design, reporting, and decision-making.Continuously identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency using AI-powered solutions.Stay updated with emerging AI tools and incorporate them into day-to-day execution wherever relevant.
Who We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, Program Management, or City Operations.Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Experience managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced startup or consumer internet environments.Strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently and thrive in ambiguity.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools.Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms to enhance productivity and accelerate execution.Experience working closely with field teams, city operations, or marketplace operations is a strong advantage.
