CLIENT: Our client is a US MNC-this position is based at it's manufacturing plant in
Mahape ( Navi Mumbai).
Key Result Areas
- Manage smooth day-to-day site administration and workplace services for safe,compliant operations.
- Oversee facilities, infrastructure, and workplace upkeep, including maintenance,space use, renovations, and improvements
- Lead security, CCTV, access control, housekeeping, travel, transport, reception,pantry, and fleet services
- Manage government liaison and external relationships with authorities, vendors,contractors, and service providers
- Ensure statutory, legal, license, and contractor compliance, including renewals,documentation, audits, and regulatory adherence
- Ensure procurement, inventory control, and availability of office supplies and admin resources
- Drive vendor governance and service performance, including contracts, SLAs, issue resolution, and reviews
- Manage administration budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, and optimization
- Support EHS, emergency preparedness, business continuity, and workplace safety through drills, incidents, and readiness reviews
- Coordinate business events, leadership visits, meetings, conferences, and employee programs
Incumbent profile:
- Dynamic, strategic, and result-oriented Plant Administration & Corporate Services Leader with 15 years of progressive experience.
Proven expertise in pioneering large-scale industrial facility administration, factory license & compliance, budget optimization, statutory compliance ecosystems.
- Knowledge of facilities, administration, and workplace operations
- Budget, cost optimization, and vendor governance capability
- Understanding of statutory, regulatory, and factory license compliance
- Ability to support EHS, emergency readiness, and business continuity.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 15LPA
