About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Manager/ Account Manager with strong client-handling experience to manage and grow our B2B accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Handle meetings, feedback, escalations, and delivery.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Drive account growth and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in a creative agency.
- Candidates from content, digital marketing, branding, advertising, or creative agencies only.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Polished, confident, and presentable.
- Ability to independently manage accounts and deliver with minimal ramp-up.
