โข Design and build highly scalable backend services and distributed systems.
โข Develop high-performance APIs and event-driven architectures.
โข Optimize applications, databases, and data pipelines for scale.
โข Deploy, monitor, and maintain production applications with a focus on reliability and performance.
โข Work on real-time analytics, large datasets, and cloud-native applications.
โข Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality releases.
โข Lead in architecture, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

6+ years of backend engineering experience

Experience building systems that handle high traffic or large datasets

Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and system design
โ
Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and messaging systems (Kafka or similar)
โ
Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Nginx, and production deployments
โ
Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing production systems
โ
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
