We're looking for engineers at TapFin who love solving complex engineering challenges and building systems that scale.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
• Design and build highly scalable backend services and distributed systems.
• Develop high-performance APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Optimize applications, databases, and data pipelines for scale.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain production applications with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Work on real-time analytics, large datasets, and cloud-native applications.
• Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality releases.
• Lead in architecture, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
✅ 6+ years of backend engineering experience
✅ Strong expertise in 𝗡𝗼𝗱𝗲.𝗷𝘀 & 𝗣𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻
✅ Experience building systems that handle high traffic or large datasets
✅ Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and system design
✅ Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and messaging systems (Kafka or similar)
✅ Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Nginx, and production deployments
✅ Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing production systems
✅ Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills

• Go (Golang)
• ReactJS
• ClickHouse
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Temporal
• Event Streaming
• AI/LLM integrations
