Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2–3 Years

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, execute marketing campaigns, and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in influencer marketing, content creation, UGC campaigns, and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns.
- Identify, onboard, and coordinate with influencers and UGC creators.
- Create and oversee engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external agencies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and insights.
- Manage social media marketing initiatives across various platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Track marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications

- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and performance marketing.
- Experience in consumer brands, D2C, or e-commerce will be an advantage.
