We’re Hiring: HR & People Operations Manager
📍 Location: Bangalore, India
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
🧑💼 Experience: 4–6 years
White Architecture is building a lean, technology-driven architecture and engineering practice in Bangalore. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR & People Operations Manager who can independently establish and manage our complete HR function.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for architects, engineers, drafters, administrative staff, and business-development roles
• Prepare offer letters, employment agreements, onboarding documents, and employee records
• Manage attendance, leave, probation, performance reviews, and employee relations
• Coordinate payroll and statutory compliance requirements
• Develop HR policies, KPIs, appraisal systems, and disciplinary procedures
• Build recruitment partnerships with colleges, consultants, job portals, and professional networks
• Support employee engagement, retention, and company culture
• Work closely with company leadership and the Bangalore branch manager
Candidate Requirements
• 4–6 years of HR experience in India
• Strong experience in recruitment and general HR operations
• Knowledge of Indian employment practices and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication, documentation, and people-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-growing startup environment
• Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, consulting, or professional services is preferred
• Proficiency with HR software, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms
We are not looking for only a recruiter. We need someone capable of building and managing the complete HR system for our India operations.
