Role Description This is a full-time, on-site UI/UX + DevOps Specialist role based in Chennai. The specialist will design and refine user interfaces and experiences, create mockups and interactive prototypes, and ensure visual consistency across web and mobile applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and engineers, translating user and business needs into intuitive workflows, and implementing front-end components that align with design guidelines. On the DevOps side, the role involves supporting deployment pipelines, monitoring application performance, assisting with configuration and release management, and working with engineering teams to improve reliability and scalability. The specialist will participate in user testing, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to enhance product usability and system stability.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Mockups, Visual Design, and Prototyping for web and mobile interfaces.
- Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development skills, including modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, and responsive design practices.
- Candidates should possess expertise in User Experience Design (UED), including user flows, information architecture, and usability testing.
- Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), containerization (e.g., Docker), and basic cloud infrastructure management is beneficial.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
