Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables with project managers and stakeholders.
- Track project progress, timelines, and budgets using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and ServiceNow.
- Analyze project data and generate reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Identify risks and issues and support mitigation planning and follow-up.
- Facilitate project meetings, maintain action items, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution.
Skills Required:
- 4 - 9 years of relevant experience in IT project analysis and project management support
- Strong understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies.
- Experience with ITIL processes and service management practices.
- Hands-on experience with project tracking and reporting tools such as MS Project, Jira, and ServiceNow.
- Experience supporting project execution through structured planning, governance, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PMP certification is an added advantage.
