Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and integrate data from multiple sources.
- Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Maintain BI documentation, ensure data quality, and support data governance.
- Drive reporting automation and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
- 3–5 years of BI/Data Analytics experience with a relevant bachelor's degree.
- Hands-on expertise in Power BI, SQL, ETL/Data Engineering; Python and cloud platforms preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and business requirement gathering skills.
- Excellent communication, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel to plant locations as required.
Additional Notes
- Self-starter with the ability to independently deliver end-to-end BI solutions.
- Pharma/FMCG industry experience is an added advantage.
