Our client is a dynamic UK-based software innovator excelling in cutting-edge venue management solutions for stadiums and arenas, powering seamless POS, ticketing integrations (e.g., Ticketmaster), premium hospitality, and data-driven fan experiences that elevate live events. With 90% focus on the thriving UK market and a compact Bulgarian subsidiary (11 remote employees), they are now seeking to add a Product Manager to their fully remote Bulgaria-based team to support product roadmap expansion and customer project delivery in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. They want a proactive, independent professional with experience who can manage multiple priorities (2-3 parallel projects), bridge development teams and clients, drive continuous product improvements based on market trends/feedback.
Product Manager
Responsibilities:
- Gathering, documenting, and prioritizing customer and product requirements in line with business goals.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new features.
- Monitoring product performance and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
- Leading planning and execution using tools like Jira to track progress and meet deadlines.
- Preparing and updating documentation on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitoring and resolving customer requests, support needs, and critical issues with operational software and third-party integrations.
- Coordinating with teams for on-time, high-quality delivery within scope.
- Defining project goals and scope in partnership with stakeholders, focusing on technical feasibility.
- Serving as the primary project contact, providing regular updates and support.
- Communicating effectively to identify needs, assess business requirements, and propose solutions.
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships for high satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product and project management, ideally in software development.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing customer expectations with a focus on service quality.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience in a small to mid-sized software company is a plus.
- Fluent English
