Job Description
TWe are looking for a web designer who will be responsible for creating great websites for our clients. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for client websites, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our clients' branding. You will be working closely with our web development team to ensure proper and hassle-free implementation.
Location : Mumbai or Work From Home
Web Designer & Developer Responsibilities
- Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining.
- Testing and improving the design of the website.
- Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
- Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
- Working with different content management systems.
- Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
- Good Knowledge in Google APIs
- Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
- Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
- Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
- Directing or performing Website updates to enhance performance.
- Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery.

Web Designer & Developer Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
- Knowledge of PHP web frameworks including Yii, Laravel, and CodeIgniter.
- Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as PHP, HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
- Good understanding of content management systems.
- Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Excellent visual design skills.
- Troubleshoot, test and maintain the websites to ensure strong optimization and functionality
- Contribute in all phases of the Website development lifecycle
- Follow industry best practices
- Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
- Ability to manage projects.
- Proficient in My SQL.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them.
- Solid ability in both written and verbal communication.
- Good problem-solving skills.
