We're looking for
UI/UX Designers (India)!
Responsibilities
- 4 yrs to 7 yrs Experience in Web application and mobile application
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive
- user experiences.
- Design UI for Mobile and Web applications with a special focus on Data Visualizations.
- Obsessive the details of the interaction, visual, and motion design.
- Work with product managers to define requirements, not just translate them to design.
- You will ship, measure, and improve your designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
- Collaborate with engineers to ship pixel-perfect designs

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Adaptable to changing business requirements and evolving technologies
- Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and industry best practices
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and professional development
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across cross-functional teams
- Working Hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST; No Career Gap
- Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator or any Visual design tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
