Job details:
Experience: 5-8 years as a Product/UI-UX Designer, ideally on a data-dense B2B SaaS dashboard.
Must-have skills:
- Strong UX fundamentals — user flows, wireframing, user testing.
- Pixel-precise UI design — typography systems, strict color/accent rules, spacing consistency.
- Figma (styleguide/design system creation and maintenance) — comfortable building and maintaining a component library so consistency holds as we add screens.
- Responsive web + mobile design (touch targets, small viewports).
- HTML/CSS fluency — able to review or lightly implement front-end markup, not just hand off flat mockups.
- Strong layout hierarchy instincts for information-dense screens — confidence scores, verification checklists, source citations, and status badges all need to coexist without clutter.
- Attention to micro-states: hover, active/inactive toggles, roadmap "Soon" badges, drawer/panel transitions.
Good to have:
- Design experience on a regulated-industry or compliance/verification product.
- Experience designing for map-based or geospatial interfaces.
- Browser extension or Chrome popup design experience.
What we're really looking for:
Someone who can take a rough concept and produce a system — not just a screen — and defend the reasoning behind every typography, spacing, and color choice.
