Role Description The Executive Assistant at Star Pharmaceutical will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership in a full-time capacity. This hybrid role is based in Bihar, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. The Executive Assistant will handle correspondence, draft and edit documents, maintain files and records, and support the coordination of internal and external meetings. The role also involves tracking deadlines, preparing presentations, and acting as a key point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Experience with Executive Support, such as handling confidential information, preparing presentations, and coordinating cross-functional communication.
- Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and basic financial or administrative documentation.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, email and calendaring tools).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
- Prior experience supporting executives or senior management, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries, is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
