We’re Hiring | Business Development – HNI Investment Solutions
Tenrec Research Pvt. Ltd. is building a boutique, research-driven investment business focused on delivering systematic and data-driven investment solutions to HNI investors.
We are looking for a Business Development professional with 2–5 years of experience to work closely with the founders and help build our HNI client franchise.
The role involves:
• Acquiring and developing relationships with HNI / affluent investors
• Targeting clients with an initial investment capacity of ₹25 lakh+
• Understanding client requirements and presenting relevant investment solutions
• Building relationships through referrals, networks and direct outreach
• Working closely with our research and advisory teams to deliver a high-quality client experience
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Stock Broking, Investment Advisory, PMS, AIFs or similar businesses
• Has demonstrated HNI acquisition / relationship-management ability
• Understands equity markets and investment products
• Holds NISM Series X-A & X-B certification
• Is entrepreneurial, articulate and comfortable interacting with sophisticated investors
