Role Description The Sr. Managerial Position at Kotak Life Insurance Company Ltd is a full-time role responsible for leading key business functions and driving strategic initiatives within the Kotak Mahindra Group. Based in New Delhi with a hybrid work model, the role combines on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing team performance, setting and tracking business targets, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The role involves analyzing business metrics, identifying growth opportunities, implementing process improvements, and guiding teams to deliver high-quality customer service. - Proven experience in senior managerial or leadership roles within financial services, insurance, or related sectors.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or professional certification (e.g., MBA, insurance or finance certifications) is an advantage.
