About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and skilled Canva Graphic Designer to join our team in Lucknow.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals and be confident in creating professional, visually engaging designs using Canva.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys experimenting with layouts, typography, colours and visual styles while maintaining a high level of design quality and consistency. You will be working on a variety of digital design projects, including social media graphics, invitations, templates, digital products, marketing creatives, and other creative assets.
Key Responsibilities- Create high-quality designs using Canva
- Design editable Canva templates and digital products
- Create invitations, social media graphics, promotional creatives, banners, and other design assets
- Work according to creative briefs and brand guidelines
- Select appropriate fonts, colours, layouts, and graphic elements
- Maintain consistency and quality across all designs
- Research current design trends and bring fresh creative ideas
- Make revisions based on feedback
- Organise Canva files and design assets properly
- Complete assigned projects within deadlines
Requirements- 1+ year of professional graphic design experience
- Excellent command of Canva
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Good knowledge of creating editable Canva templates
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative mindset with a good sense of aesthetics
- Ability to understand a brief and execute designs independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work from our Lucknow office on a full-time basis
Good to Have- Experience creating social media content or marketing creatives.
- Experience working with Canva templates.
- Basic understanding of branding and visual identity.
- Interest in learning new design tools and techniques.
