Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Product Manager Medical Capital Equipment to drive business growth by promoting our medical capital equipment portfolio. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, engaging with healthcare stakeholders, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions while working closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for medical capital equipment.
- Engage with surgeons, doctors, hospitals, nurses, paramedical staff, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions.
- Address technical and commercial queries during product evaluations and demonstrations.
- Drive lead conversions and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Coordinate product installations, training programs, and post-sales support activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and business teams to execute product promotion strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and healthcare institutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 6–7 years of experience in medical capital equipment sales or product management.
- Proven experience in conducting product demonstrations and managing customer interactions.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills.
