Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between the Director and various departments.
- Manage follow-ups, schedules, meetings, and official correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Conduct research and analyze data for decision-making.
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to improve workflows and documentation.
- Support special projects while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience; exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
