🚀 Hiring: Business Development Manager (Performance Marketing)
Adstory is a mobile performance marketing agency helping brands scale through high-quality user acquisition across CPI & CPA campaigns. We work with leading mobile apps, agencies, and advertisers globally, and we're looking for someone who can help us grow our advertiser portfolio.
What you'll do
- Identify and onboard new direct advertisers and performance marketing agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at brands and agencies.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Understand client acquisition goals and propose suitable performance marketing solutions.
- Work closely with the account management and operations teams to ensure successful campaign launches.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new partnerships.
- Consistently achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
What we're looking for
- 2 - 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the affiliate, ad network, or performance marketing industry.
- Strong network of agencies, app advertisers, or performance marketing clients is a big plus.
- Understanding of CPI, CPA, CPL, CPE, mobile app marketing, and user acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluent English communication.
