Analytical R&D (HPLC – Biologics):
Experience Level - 5 to 8 years
Location - Delhi
- Instrumental methods of analyses such as HPLC, SDS-PAGE, Spectrometry and others (e.g. flow cytometry) Method development and assay performance.
- Designing and formatting of experimental and validation protocols for current and new R&D Programs involving.
- Immunochemical methods of analyses such as Western blotting etc. Method development and/or assay performance.
- Preparation of Buffers and solutions required for QC testing. Analytical support in terms of process monitoring, drug substance release and stability assessment.
- Maintenance of R&D/QC lab facility as per regulatory guidelines. Preparation of SOP, STP, specifications, CoA and other quality related documents.
- Implementation of updated versions of all documents such as SOPs, formats and specifications and upkeep of all records related to quality control lab.
- Prioritization of tasks and completion of those in a timely manner – Take ownership.
- Co-ordination of various activities in close co-ordination with team members and with cross-functional teams – Team work.
- Any other R&D activity as per emergent need of the department and/or the organization.
- Driving various activities with strict adherence of safety and environmental regulations of the organization.
- Co-ordinate with Engineering for equipment maintenance related activities.
