PROJECT ASSOCIATE:
- Responsible for implementing MEP works for corporate interior fit-out projects.
- To be able to understand and correlate the MEP GFC drawings with the BOQ. Maintain the Wos, Drawings, and BOQ at the site level for reference all the time
- Knowledge of MEP services such as PHE, FF, HVAC, FAPA, Security and Surveillance, Networking, etc, and the sequence of works.
- Continually review the contractors construction schedule during the progress of site works with regard to MEP services and report to the Project Manager on the same
- Managing project budget including risk allowance. monitor and control changes/variations.
- Review MEP contractors shop drawings in conjunction with the Structural and Architectural builts to ensure engineering coordination and bring up site issues to the Project Manager.
- Closely working with the manufacturers, product development team, and logistics team to ensure a high standard of Execution and Customer Experience.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in executing corporate interior design projects
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently
- Strong understanding and demonstrated an aptitude for basic project management principles.
- Extreme attention to detail and no-compromise attitude towards quality.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, MS Word, and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
