Sarvam Design Spaces is a interior design and turnkey execution company specializing in premium residential and commercial spaces. We're looking for an experienced Site Engineer / Project Manager who can independently manage projects, coordinate teams, and ensure timely delivery with exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage residential and commercial interior fit-out projects from site handover to final completion.
- Plan, schedule, and supervise day-to-day site activities.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
- Read and execute AutoCAD working drawings and resolve site execution challenges.
- Monitor project timelines, labour productivity, and material consumption.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Handle client meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent execution standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial interior fit-out execution.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of interior construction, finishing materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
- Experience in coordinating carpentry, modular furniture installation, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage project timelines and site teams.
