THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Performance Marketer who can take ownership of Meta Ads and help grow profitable product orders.
Full-time candidates are preferred. Experienced individual freelancers or consultants may also apply for a contract arrangement.
The full-time role is based in Surat, Gujarat, with a hybrid work arrangement. The engagement structure for freelancers will be discussed individually.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Own campaign strategy, account structure and budget allocation.
• Develop creative briefs and systematically test ad concepts, copy, audiences and offers.
• Identify improvements to product pages, landing pages and the purchase funnel.
• Check conversion tracking and use reliable data to make decisions.
• Scale campaigns with a focus on customer acquisition costs, delivered orders and profitability.
• Track ad spend, sales, ROAS/MER, returns and RTO, and explain their impact on business results.
• Share clear reports, priorities and next steps with the founder.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
• A proven track record of scaling at least one physical-product or D2C e-commerce brand to approximately ₹50 lakh or more in monthly sales through Meta Ads.
• Direct, hands-on responsibility for the campaigns and results presented.
• Strong experience in creative testing, conversion improvement and profitable scaling.
• Ability to explain both successful campaigns and what you changed when performance declined.
Experience limited to service-business lead generation does not meet this role’s requirements. Relevant results and ownership matter more than degrees or certificates.
COMPENSATION
Salary or freelance retainer is flexible for the right person, depending on proven experience and the agreed scope of work.
HOW TO APPLY
Apply with your CV or LinkedIn profile and one relevant physical-product case study covering:
• Product category and campaign period
• Monthly advertising spend and sales generated
• ROAS/MER and profitability context
• Your personal responsibilities and contribution
• Your availability and preferred full-time or freelance arrangement
• Expected salary or monthly retainer
Anonymised case studies are welcome.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to discuss their results and their proposed first 30 days of work for Shreesto.
