Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Sales Engineer / Manager based in Navi Mumbai. The Project Sales Engineer / Manager will be responsible for managing technical sales processes, delivering presentations and demonstrations of products, and ensuring strong customer engagement. The role will involve consistent engagement with architects, engineers, project managers, end-users / buyers preparing techno-commercial offers, facilitating support to address their queries technical & commercial, collaborating with team members to identify & satisfy customer needs, negotaiate and book the sales orders.
Qualifications
Experience in project sales / building materials / construction technologies and products to Architect / consultants / End-user and Buyers. Proficiency in delivering Technical Support to resolve issues and recommend suitable solutions.
Excellent Communication skills to convey information clearly and ability to bridge between domain specialist from buyer and seller sides
Experience between 1-8 years in construction industry with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
Problem-solving and analytical skills to address sales challenges effectively and well must be well versed with new age digital sales tools; must have ability to meet the sales target consistently.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, BE / Diploma, BBA / MBA. A combo of duo is always a plus and remuneration for a deserving candidate would have no bar.
