Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in New Delhi. The specialist will identify new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and promote shuttering and scaffolding products and services. Daily tasks include meeting prospective clients, conducting site visits, presenting product features and pricing, negotiating terms, and preparing quotations and proposals. The role also involves coordinating marketing activities, such as local promotions, digital outreach, and follow-up campaigns, to increase brand visibility and sales. The specialist will maintain accurate sales records, report on performance, and collaborate with operations and management to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess practical Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to educate clients and team members on product features, usage, and safety.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of construction industry practices, especially shuttering and scaffolding, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, travel locally for client meetings and site visits, and manage time independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting, proposals, and documentation.
- Preferred qualification: Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant industry experience is highly valued.
