Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you’ll conceptualize and create visual assets for digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, and online advertisements—along with editing videos and reels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging, on-brand graphics for social media posts, reels, ads, and website content
- Collaborate with content writers and digital marketers to bring campaign ideas to life visually
- Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and mockups based on brand guidelines
- Create logos, brand kits, and visual identities for new brands
- Edit short videos, reels, and basic motion graphics for campaigns
- Stay updated with design and social media trends
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines
Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (After Effects/Premiere Pro is a must for video editing)
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layouts, and branding
- Video editing and short-form content creation skills (mandatory)
- Ability to adapt designs to match brand tone and style
- Creative thinking with an eye for detail and aesthetics
- Good communication skills to understand briefs and explain design choices
Bonus Skills
- Motion graphics & advanced animation skills
- Basic UI design knowledge for websites & apps
- Prior work experience in a digital marketing agency or fast-paced environment
