Role: Head chef/co founder
Experience: 5+ years in fast casual, all-day dining, or high-volume kitchen environments
What you'll own:
Kitchen setup and design, equipment procurement, supplier relationships, menu finalisation and costing, portion control and consistency standards, kitchen team hiring and training
What we're looking for:
Someone who has run a busy kitchen and knows what breaks down at volume. Comfortable with a short, tight menu — we're not trying to do everything, we're trying to do a few things better than anyone else. Experience with egg-based dishes is a plus but not mandatory. More important is that you understand fast food done properly.
What this is not:
A standard head chef job. There's no massive team, no established system, no playbook to follow. You'd be building all of that.
Compensation:
