Role Description This Sales & Business Development Intern role is an internship position based in Pune City with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be completed from home. The intern will support lead generation, reach out to potential partners and customers and assist in building and maintaining relationships to grow the organization’s reach. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales pitches and proposals, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and opportunities. The intern will help coordinate sales calls or meetings, contribute to customer service and engagement activities and participate in training or team discussions to improve sales processes. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales and business development in a creative, literature-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management interests or skills to assist in organizing sales processes and improving team performance.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in PUNE CITY, manage time independently and handle multiple tasks responsibly.
- Comfort with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and online communication platforms.
- Interest in literature, events, or creative industries, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Currently pursuing studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

- Must be a student residing in PUNE and comfortable with hybrid setting.
