Role & Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating social media content, including static posts, carousels, reels and short-form videos.
- Editing videos using any softwear or tools, Add captions, transitions, effects, and background music to enhance viewer retention.
- Using AI tools for content ideas, research, copywriting and content creation.
- Preparing captions and basic social media copy.
- Scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Managing content calendars and ensuring content is delivered and posted on time.
- Researching trends, sounds, formats and content ideas relevant to different clients.
- Repurposing content for different platforms.
- Making revisions based on client feedback.
Candidate Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in social media/content creation who can work independently and manage multiple clients.
The ideal candidate should:
- Have a strong portfolio of reels/videos and static creatives.
- Be highly comfortable with content creation and editing tools likes Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
- Canva and CapCut is an addon.
- Understand social media trends and what makes content engaging.
- Have a good eye for design and branding.
- Have good English communication and writing skills.
- Be proactive, organized and able to work with deadlines.
- Have a stable internet connection and a proper WFH setup.
- Be able to understand a brief and execute it independently rather than requiring step-by-step instructions.
Important: Since TikTok is not directly accessible in India, the candidate should already know a reliable method for managing/scheduling/publishing TikTok content for clients.
