Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using python and robot framework.
- Develop and execute automated test cases for microservices and rest apis.
- Integrate automated test execution into ci/cd pipelines and support repeatable release validation.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing in docker and kubernetes-based environments.
- Collaborate with development, devops, and qa teams to ensure high-quality releases and troubleshoot automation failures.
Skills Required:
- 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in v&v automation, qa automation, or api testing
- Python Automation And Test Framework Development.
- Robot Framework For Building And Maintaining Automated Test Suites.
- Microservices And Rest Api Testing Experience.
- Ci/Cd Integration For Automated Test Execution, Including Docker/Kubernetes And Linux-Based Execution Environments.
Good To Have:
- Jenkins, Gitlab Ci, Or Azure Devops For Pipeline Integration.
- Cloud Platform Exposure (Aws, Azure, Gcp) And Validation Of Cloud-Based Applications.
- Api Testing Tools And Specifications Such As Postman, Swagger, And Rest Assured.
