- Evaluate new tools, technologies, and execution approaches through proofs of concept and provide recommendations for adoption.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in Test Automation, Quality Engineering, or Software Engineering, with strong expertise in mobile automation.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks for Android and iOS applications.
- Hands-on experience with mobile automation technologies such as Espresso, Compose UI Testing, XCUITest, Appium, or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Fastlane).

- Experience working with cloud-based mobile execution platforms such as BrowserStack, device farms, simulators, and emulators.
- Strong understanding of Quality Engineering principles, including Automation First, Shift-Left Testing, Quality by Design, and Product Quality Ownership.
- Experience supporting multiple product teams in federated or product-led delivery environments.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot automation challenges, improve framework reliability, and reduce flaky test executions.
- Strong communication, collaboration, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and techniques to enhance automation capability.
Extra Skills That Set You Apart:
- Knowledge of mobile application architecture, API integrations, and backend services supporting mobile ecosystems.
- Experience with observability platforms, quality analytics, or telemetry-driven testing approaches.
- Experience contributing to Communities of Practice, reusable engineering assets, standards, or automation governance initiatives.
- Knowledge of cloud-native technologies, containerized environments, and modern DevSecOps practices.
