Are you passionate about innovation, startups, prototyping, and technology commercialization? MSMF Technology Business Incubator (MSMF TBI) is looking for a Program Associate to join our growing team and support the development of next-generation healthcare and deep-tech startups.
Key Responsibilities● Identify and write grant proposals for various national and international funding schemes (BIRAC, DST, DBT, ICMR, MeitY, MSME, Startup India, CSR, and other innovation programs).
● Support incubation activities, startup onboarding, mentoring, and program management.
● Operate and manage the prototyping laboratory, including 3D printers and other engineering and fabrication equipment.
● Assist startups in product prototyping, proof-of-concept development, and technology validation.
● Coordinate workshops, innovation challenges, startup events, and industry-academia collaborations.
EligibilityB.Tech./B.E. or M.Tech./M.E. in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics, Biotechnology (with engineering exposure), Product Design, or related disciplines.
Preferred Experience- Experience in a Technology Business Incubator (TBI), Innovation Centre, Makerspace, Startup Ecosystem, or Research & Development environment.
- Hands-on experience with 3D printing, prototyping tools, and engineering laboratory equipment.
- Strong technical writing skills with experience in preparing grant proposals and project documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
