Job Description
We are seeking a
Mid-level Full Stack Engineer to contribute to the development of enterprise- grade web applications and backend services. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers
while owning features end-to-end and growing into increasingly complex technical responsibilities.
An Ideal Candidate Will
- Design, develop, test, and maintain frontend and backend features
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable production-ready code
- Build responsive user interfaces and integrate with backend APIs
- Participate in architectural discussions and design reviews
- Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
- Follow secure coding standards and compliance guidelines
- Collaborate effectively within an Agile development team
- Use GenAI-assisted tools to understand codebases and speed up development
- Participate in code reviews, learning and applying feedback
- Communicate progress, risks, and blockers proactively
- Collaborate with US-based teams across time zones
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) with 4–6 years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills / Experience
- Experience developing frontend applications using React, Angular, or Vue
- Backend experience with Java/Spring Boot or Node.js
- Familiarity with TypeScript, REST APIs, and microservices
- Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL / NoSQL)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD concepts
- Experience with Git-based workflows and Agile methodologies
- Interest in learning scalable system design and cloud-native architectures
