Chief Technical Advisor
We're looking for a Chief Technical Advisor to lead the technical backbone of our consulting & mentorship company. You'll own our database architecture, website, and tech infrastructure end-to-end, while guiding and coordinating our team on all things technical.
What you'll do:
- Design and manage our database systems
- Build, maintain, and improve our website
- Oversee day-to-day tech operations and team workflows
- Advise leadership on tech strategy and tools
- Troubleshoot and scale systems as we grow
What we're looking for:
- Strong background in web development and database management
- Experience leading or coordinating technical teams
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment
- Good communicator who can translate tech decisions for non-tech stakeholders.
