Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Darbhanga. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, creating detailed designs and drawings, and ensuring compliance with building codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with project stakeholders, coordinating with engineers and contractors, preparing design documentation, and reviewing plans during construction to maintain design intent. The role also involves managing timelines for design deliverables, supporting project planning, and contributing to continuous improvement of design processes and practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of drawings and specifications.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including scheduling, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and oversight of project milestones.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM, or other architectural software environments.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar) and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field, with professional licensure or eligibility for licensure preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site and interact with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Experience in residential or commercial property development projects, particularly in similar regional contexts, is an advantage.
