🚀 We’re Hiring: Startup Technology Partner
Are you passionate about technology and eager to help build and scale a startup?
We are looking for a proactive Tech Expert and Enthusiast to partner with our technology startup. The foundation is already in place—including the business idea, website, infrastructure, and essential resources. We now need the right person to take ownership of execution and help transform the startup into a successful, scalable venture.
Your Role:
• Work closely with the founders during the initial growth stage
• Execute technical ideas and develop innovative solutions
• Help improve and scale our products and technology
• Contribute to the startup’s social presence and overall growth
• Work independently with flexibility and creative freedom
• Identify opportunities and turn ideas into real results
Who We’re Looking For:
• Strong practical understanding of technology
• Proactive, responsible, and execution-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Willing to face challenges and grow with the company
• Capable of working independently and taking ownership
• Interested in building something meaningful from an early stage
No Investment Required
You are not required to bring any investment or resources. You will receive access to the existing infrastructure and resources needed to execute and scale the startup.
Compensation
This is currently not a fixed-salary position. Compensation will be based on an agreed percentage-based partnership model. Complete terms, responsibilities, and the percentage structure will be discussed transparently with shortlisted candidates.
Qualifications
Formal degrees and qualifications are not mandatory. We value practical knowledge, skills, commitment, and the ability to execute.
