WE’RE HIRING | HEAD OF TRAINERS & TECHNICAL HOD
Edugenius Softwares LLP is a rapidly growing EdTech organization delivering innovative learning solutions in Robotics, Coding, AI, AR/VR, and 3D Labs to schools across India.
🔹 Role: Head of Trainers & Technical HOD
🔹 Department: Training & Technical
🔹 Experience: Relevant experience in technical training/team management preferred
🔹 Location: Mumbai
🔹 Travel: Willingness to travel required
Key responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage the HOD and Trainer teams.
• Oversee curriculum development and academic quality across Robotics, Coding, AI, AR/VR, 3D Labs, and related programs.
• Monitor and improve teacher training and school-level implementation.
• Conduct academic audits, quality checks, and performance reviews.
• Guide HODs in technical, academic, and implementation-related challenges.
• Lead exhibitions, competitions, workshops, demonstrations, and training programs.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across technical programs.
• Coordinate with management and academic teams for smooth program execution.
• Travel to schools for training, audits, events, and implementation support.
Preferred Candidates
✔️ Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
✔️ Strong knowledge of Robotics, Electronics, Microcontrollers, Sensors, Programming, and emerging technologies.
✔️ Experience in technical training, curriculum development, academic management, or team leadership.
✔️ Experience managing HODs, trainers, or technical teams will be an advantage.
✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
✔️ Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple teams and programs.
