Key Responsibilities
- Ticket & Issue Resolution: Monitor incoming supply chain tickets regarding missing inventory, transit damages, and incorrect deliveries. Provide prompt, effective resolutions.
- SLA Compliance: Ensure all queries and support tickets are acknowledged and resolved within the defined response and resolution timeframes.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central point of contact, coordinating with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, support) and external partners (vendors, couriers) to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Data & Tracking Management: Daily use of Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate logistics records, update operational trackers, and generate status updates.
- Written Communication: Draft clear, concise, and professional emails to update stakeholders and document incident details.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience & Education
- Open to Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Language & Communication Skills
- Verbal Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi and English (essential for everyday coordination with vendors, delivery drivers, and internal teams).
- Written Skills: Ability to write clear, professional, and grammatically accurate emails.
Technical Skills
- MS Excel: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (or a strong willingness to learn daily data entry and tracking methods).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing systems (preferred, but training will be provided).
