Job Description: Supply Chain Analyst (1-2 Years Experience)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Supply Chain Analyst support procurement, supplier coordination, logistics, and project supply chain activities. The role involves working with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Raise RFQs and obtain quotations from suppliers.
Create and track Purchase Orders (POs).
Follow up with suppliers on deliveries and order status.
Maintain supplier records and compliance documents.
Coordinate material deliveries for projects.
Support logistics and shipment activities.
Maintain procurement trackers and reports.
Assist with tender, PQQ, and audit documentation.
Ensure procurement records are accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering.
1-2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Supplier management and procurement experience.
Knowledge of project-based environments (Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing).
Understanding of procurement processes and documentation.
