About Gear One
Gear One is a premium automotive protection brand specializing in Paint Protection Films (PPF), Sun Films, and vehicle surface protection solutions. We are expanding our dealer and installer network across Karnataka and are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Officer to drive sales growth and strengthen our market presence in Bengaluru and nearby regions.
Role Overview
The Regional Sales Officer will be responsible for developing sales in Bengaluru and surrounding Karnataka territories, appointing new dealers and installers, managing distributor relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets for Gear One products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and installation partners for Gear One PPF and Sun Film products.
- Visit car accessory shops, detailing studios, automotive workshops, and dealerships to generate business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned for the Bengaluru region.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and installer training sessions.
- Build long-term relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements.
- Coordinate with the operations team for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.
- Submit daily visit reports, lead updates, and territory sales forecasts.
- Support regional promotional campaigns, dealer meets, and automotive events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in automotive aftermarket sales, PPF, sun films, car accessories, detailing products, lubricants, or related industries.
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and B2B sales skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bengaluru and Karnataka.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM/reporting tools.
