Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and well-connected Partnership Head to build collaborations with leading companies, strengthen industry relationships, and enhance the brand value of Startup Park Bangalore LLP.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and establish partnerships with companies, brands, startups, and industry leaders.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and company heads.
* Develop strategic collaborations that create business and brand value.
* Initiate and manage MOU discussions and partnership agreements.
* Represent Startup Park in corporate meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
* Explore opportunities for joint events, initiatives, and cross-promotional activities.
* Work closely with internal teams to execute partnership initiatives.
* Maintain a strong network of corporate and industry contacts.
Requirements & Skills
* Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
* 3–5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Corporate Relations, or a related field.
* Strong corporate network and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to connect and engage with senior management and business heads.
* Strong business acumen and professional approach.
* Experience in startups, coworking, real estate, or corporate partnerships is an added advantage.
