Role Description The Architect will work full time on-site in Hyderabad, contributing to the design and delivery of landscape and architectural projects from concept through execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing drawings and presentations, coordinating with consultants, and supporting detailed design and documentation. The role involves site analysis, integrating architectural and landscape elements, reviewing construction progress, and ensuring design intent is maintained. The Architect will collaborate with project teams, participate in client meetings, manage design revisions, and assist in project scheduling and coordination.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, spatial planning, and landscape integration.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools and workflows (e.g., CAD/BIM platforms, visualization software, and data integration between systems).
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including task coordination, timeline tracking, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) and visualization techniques.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capability to interpret and produce technical drawings.
- Effective communication skills for working with clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Professional degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture, or an equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in landscape or architectural projects and familiarity with local regulations and standards in Hyderabad or the wider region is beneficial.
