Your Impact
- Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
- Implement and support Salesforce integrations with other internal and external systems.
- Develop and maintain Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning components.
- Manage the Salesforce development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and maintenance of applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Provide technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the Salesforce solution performs as expected.
- Stay current with new Salesforce features and functionalities and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Salesforce Developer Certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, and SOQL.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.
- Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange and third-party applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
