Role Description The Sales Associate Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position supports daily sales operations, including assisting with lead generation, managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating order processing and follow-ups. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, supporting negotiations under the guidance of senior team members, and tracking sales performance metrics. The Sales Associate Assistant Manager collaborates with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory information and timely deliveries, while providing reports and feedback to help refine sales strategies. This role also includes participating in market research activities and contributing to promotional initiatives aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales and customer relationship skills, including handling inquiries, follow-ups, and basic negotiations.
- Ability to support inventory and order management processes, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with data entry, report preparation, and using CRM or other sales-related software tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of supply chain or distribution business models; exposure to electronics or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in Delhi, India and adapt to evolving market and customer requirements.
