🚀 We’re Hiring: Wintel Tower Lead | IT Infrastructure
📍 Location: Bangalore
🏢 Work Mode: 3 Days WFO
💼 Experience: 10+ Years
🎯 Relevant Experience: 8+ Years Mandatory
🌙 Shift: 24/7 Shift Availability
🕐 Shift Timings:
• 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM
• 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM
🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Wintel Tower Lead to lead day-to-day operations of the technology tower, provide technical guidance to L1–L3 engineers, manage escalations, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead infrastructure projects, operational initiatives, and technical engagements
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory, Storage and Virtualization environments
• Provide technical leadership and handle complex escalations
• Review HLDs, LLDs, implementation plans, test plans and change documentation
• Lead major incident resolution and drive RCA and service restoration
• Monitor SLAs, operational performance and service quality
• Drive automation, process improvement and operational excellence
• Manage customer interactions, governance meetings and technical discussions
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
🔹 Must-Have Skills
✅ Strong experience in Windows Administration & Cloud Infrastructure
✅ Experience in leading technical teams and handling customer escalations
✅ Experience with onsite-offshore delivery models
✅ Direct experience working with US/European customers and colleagues
✅ Strong project management and customer-facing skills
✅ Good knowledge of ITIL processes
🔹 Good to Have
• Azure / AWS / VMware / Hyper-V / AD / Exchange
• Blade systems – IBM, HP, Dell, UCS, Nutanix, VxRail
• Linux
• Patch management tools – WSUS, SCCM, LANDesk, Shavlik, Automox, ManageEngine
• Certifications such as ITIL, MCSE, Azure/AWS, VCP
