Associate Landscape Architect – Studio Lead
Location: Bengaluru, India Work Arrangement: [Office based] Salary: Up to INR 30 lakh per annum (INR 2.5 lakh per month) depending on experience

A well-established, award-winning landscape architecture practice headquartered in the UAE, recognised for its contemporary design approach and strong portfolio of projects across the Middle East.
About the Role
The company is seeking an Associate Landscape Architect to lead its Bangladesh team. The team currently delivers production work for the UAE office, and this role will take it to the next level, becoming a trusted, self-sufficient design and delivery studio.
- Leading and managing the Bangladesh team day to day: resourcing, programmes and deadlines
- Acting as the main point of contact with the UAE office
- Owning quality: reviewing, checking and signing off all packages before they go to the UAE
- Setting up drawing standards, QA/QC processes and efficient workflows
- Mentoring and developing the team to take on design development, not just production
- Contributing hands-on to GCC projects from concept through to construction documentation
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience, including UAE / GCC landscape projects
- Proven experience leading and managing a team, not just managing individual projects
- A degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture; a Master's in Landscape Architecture is an advantage
- Strong technical knowledge of hardscape and softscape detailing and planting for arid climates
- Excellent written and spoken English
