Bachelor's in civil/structural engineering (Master's preferred); PE in Connecticut or ability to obtain; 12-20 years progressive bridge design experience including CTDOT projects; proficiency in AASHTO LRFD, AASHTOWare, Midas Civil, STAAD, LEAP, Microstation, OpenBridge, AutoCAD, Civil 3D; NBIS certification a plus.
